Discuss your issues with loved ones
Some people keep
their thoughts and worries to themselves. They don’t like to share their
feelings with others. This can happen to anyone and perhaps this is the main
reason behind depression and suicides happening these days. When people keep
their worries and anxious moments to themselves, they tend to get more concerned
due to the burden they have inside them. This is one of the most prevalent psychological
problem today.
We have got to
deal with this issue otherwise this society will become miserable. People will not
help each other, they will become more selfish, they will become materialistic
and unhealthier. There are number of reasons as to why people sometimes don’t share
their worries with others. It is their fake ego that don’t let them ask for
help from others. People think that they will look fool if they tell someone
that they are worried and are not able to find a way forward. They will feel
that they are being portrayed as weak and helpless. They don’t want to present
a scrawny and deserted image in front of their loved ones. They fear losing
their importance and fake ego. They believe it is better to stay mum than to
discuss their issues with others.
This silence
leads to more confusions and delusion in the mind of the sufferer. This results
in many psychological problems as well. In this competitive era, it is crucial
to discuss your matters with your loved ones. You try this once and you will
feel better after you do it. We often don’t emphasize enough on this but
sharing issues will definitely eradicate some of yours. Sharing your problems
with your loved ones will give you a new perspective about that problem and you
may also find ways to fight it out. You will know that there is someone on whom
you can rely and someone to discuss your matters.
Whenever you feel
down and out, try to tell your friends and family about it. You will see that
it won’t portray you weak, instead you are showing faith in people with whom
you discuss your matters. They will be happy to help you out, but you just need
to trust them and have a bit of courage to accept that you are facing problems and
someone can give you better ideas and solutions to solve it. Or simply reduce
your suffering by getting support from them.
Love and power to
you
