Align mind with body

Mind Body Debate - Dualism vs Monism | Simply Psychology

This is one of the things that most people fail to realize in their lifetime. It is very difficult to understand that our mind and body works separately. Our mind is very powerful and limitless whereas our bodies are fragile and have certain limits.

Our body can reach a certain level of flexibility, tolerance, stamina or power. But our mind has no boundaries, no limits and no barriers. Our mind has unlimited potential to achieve what it wants. Most people in life don’t even realize that how powerful is our mind. It is scientifically proven that an average individual uses about 10% capacity of their mind. Isn’t it strange? Indeed.

So how can we utilize our brains to achieve maximum output? I might not have the perfect answer, but I am going to discuss the things that has brought a difference in my life. I hope this helps you too.

So, we’ll work on a very modest formula. The name of the method is Mind and Body. It is not a rocket science and it works like a meditation. Aligning mind and body is simple yet difficult for some. In this, you just need to concentrate on the thing that you are currently doing. While writing this article in the morning at 5:30, I have nothing on my mind except writing this article.

I have seen many people doing exercise and not finding good results, because their mind was not aligned with their body. They were either listening to songs while doing exercise or their mind was somewhere else. Aligning mind with body will give you tremendous results in life. It is true for every activity you do. Whether it is reading, playing a game, watching a match, writing a novel, studying or running.

I am not saying that you won’t burn fat if you are listening to songs at the time of doing exercise. My message here is that when you do exercise, your mind must only think of getting stronger and leaner. Only the result should be on your mind while on your journey. You mustn’t look left or right but straight towards your destination.

When you are doing certain activity, not only your body but your mind must be fully involved in it to get the best results. Observe yourself from today, in most of the activities, your mind and body are not aligned. You’ve got to practice it again and again. This is like a meditation; it will take some time.
